Welcome to Cresto Academy ("Cresto", "we", "us"). By booking a trial class, enrolling, or otherwise using this website and its services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Our services

Cresto provides live, 1-on-1 online coaching for children and adults across communication and academic subjects. Classes are delivered over video call between a student and an assigned teacher.

2. Free trial class

The first trial class is offered free of charge, with no payment required to book it. Enrollment beyond the trial is entirely optional and requires no obligation.

3. Enrollment and fees

If you choose to enroll after the trial, the applicable fee will be communicated to you directly (via WhatsApp or in person) before any payment is collected. Fees, once paid, follow the refund/cancellation policy communicated at the time of enrollment.

4. Scheduling and rescheduling

Classes are scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, please inform your teacher or reach out via the Help Desk in your parent portal as early as possible.

5. Conduct

We expect respectful behavior from all students, parents, and teachers during classes and in any communication on this platform. Cresto reserves the right to suspend access for conduct that is abusive, unsafe, or violates these terms.

6. Recordings

Class recordings, when made, are shared with the enrolled student's parent portal for learning purposes only and are not to be redistributed publicly.

7. Limitation of liability

Cresto strives to provide reliable, high-quality coaching but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, which depend on individual effort and consistency.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
